This policy applies to purchases made directly through GiftedPages4U, including individual digital products, memberships, subscriptions, gifts, and eligible paid access.
One-time ebook, audiobook, eCourse, film/video, or other digital-content purchases are generally non-refundable after access is granted, except where required by law or where GiftedPages4U approves an exception.
You may cancel a recurring membership to stop future renewal charges using the cancellation method available in your account or by contacting support when needed. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated, cancellation does not automatically refund a billing period that has already begun. Access may continue through the end of the paid period.
Promotional, complimentary, or free access has no cash refund value. If a trial converts to a paid plan, the terms shown when you enroll control the conversion and billing timing.
Unredeemed gift purchases may be reviewed for cancellation or correction when technically possible. Once redeemed and delivered, they are generally treated like other digital content.
If a purchase is processed directly by a third-party platform rather than GiftedPages4U, that platform's billing and refund process may apply.
If a purchase is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, GiftedPages4U may remove the related entitlement or subscription access.
Approved refunds and chargebacks may reduce revenue associated with an author's work. Author earnings are calculated under the Author Publishing Agreement and Commission & Earnings terms.
Email support@giftedpages4u.com with your account email, order or transaction identifier if available, title purchased, and a short explanation. Do not email full payment-card numbers.
When approved, a refund is submitted to the applicable payment processor. The time for funds to appear is controlled in part by the processor, bank, or card network.
We may deny requests involving fraud, repeated refund abuse, intentional consumption followed by refund attempts, account manipulation, or other misuse, except where law requires otherwise.
